Fresh Horizons Counselling understand that it can be overwhelming trying to connect to supports after experiencing a crime. The Victims Assistance Program provides counselling and support for the needs that arise as a direct consequence of a violent crime. This can include family violence, sexual assault, physical assault and homicide. 

You can apply to get counselling if you are:

• a primary victim

• a secondary victim

• a family victim

• an extended family member of a homicide victim (a relative of a homicide victim, not considered a family victim, who is affected by the victim's death).
