Further detail on our fees is available on enquiry Medicare rebates are processed on your behalf following payment of the full fee. Appointments are for 50 minutes. Medicare and Private Health rebates are available with our fully registered social worker/psychotherapist.
Workcover and NDIS
We do not directly invoice third-party providers including NDIS, Workcover, TAC. VOCAT & My Aged Care. You will be required to pay at the time of your appointment then claim your fee yourself with your provider.

Our therapists are registered with all private health insurers. If your insurer covers you under ‘extras cover’, you may be entitled to a rebate. We recommend you check with your insurer about the rebate you will receive as this varies between insurers and level of cover. Please note: not all of our Senior Counsellors offer private health rebates. Please see the individual profiles for more details. You will need to pay the full fee for your payment and then claim the rebate yourself with your private health fund.

Medicare Rebates
Medicare rebates are available for counselling by registered Mental Health Social Workers under the Australian Government’s Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. To access the Medicare Rebate, you need your GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician to complete a detailed Mental Health Assessment and prepare a Mental Health Treatment Plan before referring you to our practice. The rebate amount varies and we will inform you of this amount when you book an appointment. In general, out of pocket expenses range from $55 to $110 for a 50 minute appointment. In most cases, Medicare Rebates can be processed on the spot following payment of the full fee with the funds transferred directly into your bank account.
